With the growing numbers of students leaving the church and walking away from their faith after graduation combined with the growing numbers of student ministries which are driven by entertainment based programming, FBC has chosen to put more emphasis on equipping than entertaining. We emphasize church family and have a great time when we're together. But life lived successfully as a follower of Christ requires a growing, maturing faith...and that doesn't happen accidentally. We've got to work at it. God has given us some teachers and volunteers who love teenagers and who want to see them grow in their walk with the Lord. They show up ready and prepared to lead Bible studies and prayer times, and to lead the students to put their faith into practice.
