Nick and Lesley have been married for over 20 years and have three daughters, Makaela, Alyson, and Brooke. Together they have been serving as pastors for more than 20 years.
Nick serves as a Life, Leadership, and Business Coach for the John Maxwell Leadership Team. He offers valuable insights to individuals, business owners, and church leaders. As the owner of myleadershipcoach.org, he guides leaders to greater results in their personal and professional lives. Through ongoing coaching, corporate training, and keynote speaking, Nick inspires others to never stop growing.
Nick is also the founder and Executive Director of IMPACT320 (impact320.org), a non-profit organization that aims to transform the lives of men, families, and future generations. Grounded in Ephesians 3:20, they seek to empower men, strengthen families, and shape generations.
