God is doing something incredible in our church, and we believe this next step in faith will make room for even more lives to be changed by the power of the Gospel.
Commitment Sunday is a sacred moment in the life of our church—a time where each family is invited to prayerfully consider how God is calling them to be part of building our new sanctuary. This isn't just about brick and mortar—it's about making space for ministry, for worship, for future generations to encounter the presence of God.
Over the past weeks, we've sought the Lord together, and now we're preparing to respond in faith. On Commitment Sunday, we will come together as one body, united in vision, and commit the amount we feel led to give toward this Kingdom-building effort.
Spend time in prayer, asking God what He would have you give. Before making any financial commitment, take time to seek the Lord together. Ask Him to lead and guide your decision. This is not about equal gifts, but about equal sacrifice. Listen for His voice, and trust that He will provide what He asks of you. Pray for wisdom, unity, and faith as you make this important decision.
Talk openly as a household about this opportunity to step out in faith. Talk together about what it means to invest in God’s Kingdom. Share with your children the vision behind the new sanctuary and why it's important to sow into what God is doing. Discuss the values of generosity, obedience, and legacy. Allow each member of your family to be a part of the journey, encouraging a spirit of unity and purpose.
Come prepared on Commitment Sunday to bring your commitment card during the service as a moment of worship. We will come forward during the service to present our commitment cards to the Lord. This is not just a financial transaction—it’s an act of worship and surrender. Come ready to give with joy, believing that your obedience will be used by God in mighty ways. We will pray over these commitments together, dedicating them to God for His glory and purpose.

This is more than a moment—it’s a legacy in the making. As we commit together on this special day, we are laying a foundation For Generations to come. Through faith, prayer, and sacrificial giving, we have the opportunity to build something that will outlast us and bless those who follow. Let’s step forward with boldness, believing that what we do today will echo in the lives of countless others tomorrow.
