DNOW stands for "Disciple Now." It is the best weekend of the year for students 6th Grade-12th Grade. Students will meet in carefully selected homes around Glen Rose for the weekend where they will have small group discussions about God's Word! We also will gather as a large group at the church on Friday night for a time of worship from our DNOW band, and hear a word from our weekend speaker. On Saturday, we serve the community, have a fun game that brings us closer together with our group, and we finish the day off with dinner and a large group service. Throughout the weekend they will build better relationships with God & friends through a series of Biblical discussions, group activities, and time to hang out and forget about the distractions of the world that they are leaving behind this weekend.

BIG DNOW SIGN UP DAY is Wednesday, November 6th. 

This date will get you the CHEAPEST PRICE of $50. After 8pm on 11/6 the price will go to $60 for the "Regular Registration Price." 

Registration for BIG DNOW SIGN UP DAY will be in person only. If you can not make it, please print out BOTH forms below and have a friend turn it in for you! 

1. Regular registration will be done online and open on 11/7. 

When is DNOW?

DNOW 2024 is January 16-19th.

In 2025, DNOW will begin on Thursday, January 16th. This will be a 'kickoff' event from 6:00pm-7:00pm. Students will learn their groups, compete as a team for the first time, meet their leaders, and start DNOW off on the right foot!

Friday, January 17th, students will be dropped off AT THEIR HOST HOMES. This gives parents an opportunity to meet the host, and also allows them to drop off their stuff before heading to the church for dinner. Please don't arrive at host homes until 5:30pm and AT THE LATEST 6pm.

Where will my child be staying?

• Students will stay in vetted host homes throughout Glen Rose, TX!

How much does DNOW cost?

• DNOW is $60, but if you register at BIG DNOW SIGN UP DAY it will only be $50!
• PLEASE KNOW cost should not be a barrier whatsoever to your student going! If you need help with DNOW payment please reach out to Hayden (Hayden@FBCGlenRose.org)

Is food provided?

• Yep! From Dinner on Friday to breakfast on Sunday!

What does my child need to pack?

• A complete packing list will be sent to your email before DNOW! Students will have a chance to pick up a copy the Wednesday before DNOW.

Do I have to be a member of FBC to attend?

• No way, Jose! We LOVE our guests here and you will get the VIP treatment as a guest!

2. Cooking (If there is one thing teenagers do well it is EAT! If God has blessed you with the amazing ability to cook, come prep meals for our students!).

3. Drivers (transporting students for groups too large for one car).

4. "Plug & Play" (Help wherever needed with DNOW).
