PRAISE THE LORD!!

* for Carolyn Salicos who’s a candidate for baptism

* for new members Mike & Diane Winterboer and Loyce & Debbie Milam

* Randy Cothren – a heart catheter is not required

 

TRANSFORMATIONAL DISCIPLE

* to adhere to sound doctrine while living a Scripture-based life in relationship

  with Jesus (Titus 2:1)

* to live life purposefully set apart from ungodliness (Titus 2:12)

* to live life in serving and loving others, demonstrating Jesus’ life residing

  within for all to see

* to live in the unity of the Spirit and overcome problems by following God’s

  biblical solutions

 

PRAY FOR FBC GLEN ROSE STAFF

* Pastor Rick – that he continues to delight in God’s Word while meditating on

  its truths night and day and that God’s presence is obvious in everything

  Rick does

* Eden Wooten – for clarity of purpose as she assists Bryan Anderson and

  Hayden Gilliam

 

PRAY FOR FBC GLEN ROSE MINISTRIES

* Watchman On The Wall – for God to call Watchmen and place them on the

 Wall of Prayer; for many to respond to protect their families and church from

  the enemy’s schemes

* for full classes with people eager to learn about the Lord and His Word

  in the Adult Discipleship class Monday nights, Young Adults Tuesday 

 nights and Wednesday night Bible studies

* DNOW 2025 (January 16-19) - volunteers needed to help with cooking; for

  host homes to be prepared, safe, warm and welcoming; for the youth to

 accept Jesus, commit to following Jesus as His disciple, to feel accepted

 and make new friends

PRAY FOR OUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN CHRIST

* Mike Davis – successful knee surgery with complete healing

* Bea Herlacher – for healing and God’s will for baby Elle born at 20 weeks

 with 2 brain bleeds

* for those managing a family member’s illness, mental decline or difficult

 situation – for God to bring peace, renewed energy, direction and that every

 need is met through God’s grace

* Tracey Lineberger’s Mom, Gerri - for continued recovery

* Tom Beaudin - for healing from liver cancer and strength, peace and

  comfort for Johnnie

* Debbie Daugherty – God’s comfort as she grieves her sister’s passing

* Angela Hess, Carolyn & Weldon Koepf – continued recovery

* George Dustin, Mandy Gartrell, Kara Bounds - complete healing

* Kim Lewis – for her sister, Rhonda, as she completes chemo 17 January

* Judy Mullins - protection from chemo effects

* Lori Mills – wisdom and healing for her sister, Monica, who’s assessing a

 plan to begin chemo

* Peter D'Brass – healing for his mother who’s hospitalized in India with an

 infection

* Gina Carey – complete healing

* Pat Walsh – for good test results scheduled 8 January

* Ray Don King – for successful rehab since moving to in-patient rehab

 facility

* Don Bevins, Roger Sharp – peace and comfort for their families while they

 are in hospice

 

PRAY FOR GLEN ROSE

* for strength and resilience in our families with bonds of neighborly love, that

 we would support and care for one another and be faithful to share the

 Gospel

* for healing of divisions which may plague our town

* for God’s protection from any/all evil influences, regardless of their form

* Major Joe Boles and the City Council - God’s direction, discernment and

 protection

 

PRAY FOR ISRAEL

* that God would bring healing and refreshment to Israel

* that all Israelis would behold Jesus as their Messiah and accept Him

 (personally and nationally)

* that God’s justice would prevail as He gives Israel victory over her enemies

* that all nations would stand with/by Israel and abundantly provide what’s

 needed at this critical time

 

PRAY FOR AMERICA

* for unity regardless of political ideology with a focus on what’s best for

 America

*for godly leaders to stand up and take their place in civic, state and national

  government

* for God’s grace to guide all interactions (political, business, government,

 etc.)

* for God’s wisdom and discernment to be the prevailing desire of all citizens

* for a peaceful transition of power Monday, 20 January
